His commentary covers social, cultural and generational change. He writes weekly columns, fronts a TV show, has written books, is a regular on various radio programs and is one of the most in-demand speakers on the Australian corporate speaking circuit

Bernard has been a columnist with The Australian for a decade and a half writing on special topics (eg Coronavirus demographics) as well as two weekly columns published Thursday and Saturday.
